Microsoft Power Automate License/ Account isn't working after signing up - how can I speak to a Human about this issue?

I am having issues with my Microsoft Power Automate license and I need to speak to a Human. I've found all the phone numbers listed on this webpage and none are helpful. Every phone number is answered by a robot who doesn't understand I need help with Microsoft Power Automate. I need to speak to a human over phone or email, please, to clear up this account issue.I can login to the account, but when I try to use it, it won't allow me to, which defeats the purpose of me having purchased a license that I can't use. Can I speak with billing or someone who can help me with my account?
