HOW DO I TALK TO A HUMAN?

My email account has been locked, it will not accept my password and when I request to reset my password through my usual phone number it says unavailable. I've tried multiple times to recover the account which it won't accept and every time I call I get directed to a robot who inevitably hangs up or redirects me to the help page which sends me in an endless loop. All I want to do is talk to a human on the phone to walk me through how to fix the issue as I've tried all other options multiple times
