Microsoft account picture issue

I'm having issues with my profile picture. I have it changed, and it reflects the change everywhere except one place- my laptop's login screen. Any website where I can login to my microsoft account, my other computer with the same account, and my profile information under settings on my laptop all reflect the correct picture.My login screen has been stuck on the same image through multiple changes and it's driving me crazy. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried: updating, restarting, clearing my windows profile picture cache (which didn't have any recent images at all anyway)
