Microphone and speakers not working

Hello - the speakers and built-in microphone on the laptop do not work after I reset the laptop to factory settings. In the device manager, in the system devices tab, there is an exclamation mark next to the Intel smart sound technology BUS. I think the problem is there. what to do?
