Made a mistake on my order was trying to get subscriptions for my wife’s email but I was using my laptop to do her order. Need to cancel and get refun

I made a mistake doing a subscription. I was applying for a $21.47 plan for my wife and her email but I did not take into consideration that I was using my laptop and the subscription went to my email instead of hers. So I tried to cancel and restart on her computer but the charges on my bill as gone through and I need a refund.
