I just purchased Windows 11 Home by mistake, I instead need Windows 11 Pro. How do I refund the order?

Hello, I installed a Windows VM on Parallels Desktop. I went to purchase a product key and selected Windows Home as I thought that's the version that was installed.Turns out, Parallels Desktop always installs Windows Pro. How do I refund my Windows Home purchase so that I can instead buy Windows Pro?I found this article online however it does not work for me, as the Order History page in my account does not have a Request Refund option for this purchase.Thank you in advance for the help!
