Login issues

[Windows 10]

I have windows 10 and now after i had disable the windows login by going to (Registry Editor) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\PasswordLess\DeviceSo now, I go to netplwiz and uncheck the check box and now i can go straight on in without login.Now, here at start of the new year, I did the same thing after having to clean out the computer. But this time after starting the pc the next day it came up with two loginsi open user account and it just my accountthere shows my account only my account.
