I am trying to help my mrs log in to her 365 on her laptop here is the issue: Have to log in to get access to word/excel etc. Login requires PC PIN, which we do not know and the email connected to the windows user is deleted and cannot be recovered according to the form you fill out. The Email shows up when we look at the windows user on the pc, but when we try to log in online it comes up as "This account does not exist" I need customer support, I need to talk to someone on the phone, which is proving to be impossible.
