LOCKED OOUT OF MY COMPUTER FORGOT PIN I HAVE EMAIL ACCESS AND CODE ISN'T BEING SENT TO MY OUTLOOK EMAIL

Hello,I forgot my pin for my computer. So i reset it to my email. Its asking to enter code sent to email and im not getting a code to my outlook email. My email is empty. I checkedTrashJunkSpamOtherI sent a test email as well from another email address to my outlook email and it went through just fine. I need this computer for work can someone help as soon as possible. PLEASE. Thank you
