local account forgot password

I forgot the password to my local account, idk I think i was using a PIN and the fingerprint sensor, but setting up network file sharing I need my user account and password - but Windows won't let me change the password if i've forgotten it! I'm still logged in right now, so there must be a way to change it, but I can't find it for the life of me
