LG Monitor with glow when in sleep mode.

I have a Lenovo Yoga laptop connected to a J5 Create docking station (USB-C). I have a dual monitor set up (1) Samsung 34" Widescreen monitor (Display-port) and a LG 34" widescreen monitor (HDMI). My docking station only has 1 display-port. When my laptop goes into sleep mode, the Samsung turns off completely (black screen), but the LG monitor semi turns off and has a slight glow on the screen which is obviously more visible when its dark in the room. I have changed every setting on Windows 11 (Display) and on the monitor itself. Is this something that is normal with all LG monitors? I have al
