Laptop screen became dim to point it is unusable after windows 24H2 update

After windows update 24h2 screen is dim to the point I can't see anything (Almost black but if using a torchlight I can faintly see). Adjusting screen brightness does not help.What I have tried: 1. Rolling back the update did not work2. Resetting PC resulting in having to re-download alot of my apps also did not work.
