Windows 11 24H2 update turned my computer into a complete brick.

I just tried updating my Windows 11 computer (an HP) with the latest 24H2 update, and after hitting 'restart computer', all I can see is a black screen. I can hear the processor whirring, but I can't see anything else. I even created a bootable USB stick using the windows installation tools, yet the computer won't boot from there. Thanks a lot, Microsoft. My computer is a complete brick now. I can't access anything, not even the BIOS. I'd welcome a blue screen of death at this point, yet all I can see is a black screen of nothingness.
