Laptop randomly shuts down at 95%

My laptop just got its battery changed a month ago, but a few weeks ago, my laptop would suddenly shut down after draining the battery to around 50%, after that, it increased to 60% so on and so forth until it shutdown after draining the battery to just 95% or lower. I have to resort to using my laptop charger everywhere I go with the laptop, and it heavily affecting my work. If anyone can respond, then it would be a huge thanks.
