Laptop is Bitlocked and I didn’t set it up

I’ve had my laptop (Windows 10) for a year and I’ve never had any problems with it. It’s been a few months since I’ve been on my laptop and I tried logging into it today. It said that my pin was incorrect but I know that I wouldn’t have used any other pin. Additionally pressing the “forgot my pin” button reloaded the screen but didn’t bring me anywhere else. I tried to reset it under “troubleshoot, advanced options, command prompt” but it says that my laptop is encrypted with Bitlock. This is not something that I set up.
