unable to login

I’ve not been in my laptop in about 4 years, the account on the computer is mt old phone number and i don’t know the pin so i’ve tried logging in with a different account put my username and password in then it says creat a pin and says something went wrong retry or skip and try again later so i’ve pressed that and it just shuts down and goes back to the cover photo. I’ve done a hard shut down 3 times and nothing is changing. it’s a acre aspire 3 laptop
