Laptop can see neighbouring wifi but not ours

My wife works on a Lenovo laptop Windows 11 (auto-upgrade from 10).We use Vodafone for wifi.All of our devices can see and log onto the wifi without hassle - good clear signal and fast download speeds.Her laptop simply does not see it.It works with all other wifi sources (work, friends etc.)I have tried resetting the network, factory resetting her laptop and factory resetting the router - no luck.It almost feels as if we have deliberately rejected this particular source...Any ideas would be welcome.
