Keyboard and mouse keeps randomly disconnecting on rear usb ports.

I bought a PC recently and the rear ports have issues with the keyboard and mouse randomly disconnecting. The keyboard that was supplied with the PC as well as one I previously owned and know works and a brand-new name brand keyboard has the same issue. I have tried reinstalling the drivers and that didn't work(see image). I even went so far as returning the PC and buying the exact same PC and it's having the same problem. The USB ports on the front/top of the PC work completely fine. I have a wireless mouse that doesn't have any issues, but the wired mouse does. The first PC the keyboard stop
