Just did some driver updates now my screen won't display anything on it is there any kind of key sequence I can do besides Ctrl windows key shift and

So I've tried cntl shift windows key and b it's not working I can't see anything on my screen right after an update to my driver's how can I go back to before update when I cannot see my screen
