Issue with Program Launching on Startup Linked to My User Name

Hi everyone,I'm encountering a strange issue every time I start my computer. Upon booting, a message pops up asking me to select a program to open a file with my Windows username as the file name.If I choose to open it with Notepad, the file displays readable text, but I don’t understand what it means. I’ve avoided sharing the content here because I’m unsure if it contains sensitive information.Additionally, I noticed something odd in the Task Manager under the "Startup" tab (I believe that’s what it’s called in English).
