Why is Windows trying to open my JPGs with a program on a drive that doesn't even exist — help before I rage-quit life

Every time I try to open a JPG file, Windows is like 'let me open it with E:\program\sdraw.exe' — except I don't have an E drive and never installed this. How do I fix this cursed association permanently?
