Is there a way to make the cursor appear black and not white when I hover over a new word?

[Windows 11]

Cursor goes white every SINGLE time. Is there a way I can prevent this? I even went to my settings and unlick hide cursor and nothing happens. I have cleared out my cache and my computer is up to date to latest update. It is really annoying me. It does this to me every single time!!!! I am about to throw out my computer and get a brand new one.
