Is something wrong with my lock screen on Windows 10 (when waking my laptop)?

Hi! I'm using a Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio 2. This device has official drivers available for Windows 10 from Microsoft. I'm using Windows 10 22H2. There's something odd about the lock screen (I'll explain in a second). The lock screen has evolved a lot over Win10's life, so I'm kind of just asking if this is the intended behavior.Whenever I press the power key (briefly) or close the laptop, it sleeps. When I wake the laptop, the lock screen briefly appears (it uses the Windows Spotlight photo) with the time. The time then rises to give way to the widgets (which for me, it's just the defau
