Can't get rid of Sign-in screen after waking from Hibernate

I'm using a Surface Laptop Studio. No matter what changes I make, I cannot get Windows 10 to stop locking my computer when it Hibernates and bringing up a Sign-in page after I wake the laptop from Hibernation.I do not have a Microsoft account set up with the PC and only use a Local Account.My Local Account does not have a password. When I boot the PC from shutdown, no lock or sign in screen appears and it boots straight to the desktop (which is what I want for Hibernate!)I've tried a plethora of GPedit fixes and regedit fixes, and none of them have worked.I've seen some info suggesting that St
