Internet connection dropping when watching streaming media or using game launchers

I have a strange issue with internet connection dropping and have done for a while now. I am using windows 11, fully updated, it is cat5 wired connection so it is not a wifi or signal strength issue, it's not a router or hub problem as it's not dropping internet connection or speed with other devices.It occurs when watching a media streaming service online, with or without browsing the internet at the same time, or opening up single or multiple game clients windows seems to just lose internet to all apps, the system and browsers and a reboot seems the only way to restore the internet.Sometimes
