Internet connection stops after 35 minutes

Hello, I have been experiencing a strange issue for the last week or so. Every 35 minutes the internet on my laptop will stop working. I normally connect to my house's WiFi, but after 35 minutes it will always cut out. My laptop still thinks it is connected and the "Diagnose network problems" trouble-shooter says that everything is normal, however anything that actually needs internet (e.g. browsers, Spotify, Steam etc.) don't connect. Nobody else on the network has this issue and it occurs even if I am on my phone's hotspot. The only thing that I have found to fix this so far is to restart t
