internal error - failed to expand shell folder constant "userpf" when installing VScode

hi there, I've been trying to install Visual Studio Code on my HP Omen laptop but I got blocked by this error once i ran VSCodeUserSetup-x64-1.98.2.exe.Currently I've tried:Run this installer as admin, doesn't work.Open cmd.exe and echo %USERPROFILE%, and it responds correctly.Open regedit and inspect 计算机\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders, the Personal is C:/Users/myname/Documents, which is also normal.This happens for installation of only VScode.
