"Failed to expand shell folder constant "userdocs"" error, standard fixes not working.

I'm trying to install a game (CloneHero), and during the installation process I keep getting the following error: Internal error: Failed to expand shell folder constant "userdocs"I believe this means the installer is unable to find my Documents folder. I have looked at other people with the same issue, and for everyone else, going to Documents -> Properties -> Location and clicking on Restore Default works for them.
