Installation stuck, unable to reset the computer

[Windows 10]

I was working yesterday and my laptop froze, unable to do anything I pressed the start button to shut it down and pressed again to turn it back on. I got a Windows update that has been updating whole night, I just checked and all this time it has been stuck on 7%. I tried restarting my computer but it always gets me back to that update at 7%. Is there's a way to cancel the update while it's going or something like that? I desperately need my device to work but nothing that I do helps
