If I close my outlook email account, will other accounts that have used the same email be automatically closed?

e.g. My instagram uses my email address, will it be deleted also?My email was hacked and with that my social media accounts were compromised so is it worth closing my email and creating a new one and will it delete other accounts associated with that email?
