idk why theres these glitching and/or tearing effect when i open some of my app (games and adobes)

its just been a problem for one month but when i open some of my app, theres this glitching and some lagging, some even forceclosed the program (roblox) not responding. its never happened before, but i do rarely open those apps. the first time i realize is when i open roblox, i do actually play for some time, but it suddenly freezes, force closed, and when i open it again, it just been doing the glitching and tearing. ive been doing some of the repair thingies where you go to properties and such, but it makes no differences.heres some screenshots: screenshots
