My computer screen starts turning on and off when i open some apps

So i had this problem for a day now and i dont know what to do. Its definitely something wrong with the computer because monitor works well by itself. The weird thing is that it only happens with some apps. Task manager, settings and even some apps like roblox work just fine. But when i use google, spotify or some other apps my screen just starts going black and back to normal. Please help i dont know what to do anymore. I tried everything i could find but it didnt work.
