I would like to switch back to the old form of outlook I did not request 2 switch to the new outlook

I would like to be switched back to the old outlook format as I did not request to be switched to the new format it just appeared today and I don't like it please switch me back or add the toggle switch that's missing from the right corner of my outlook screen.
