My computer doesn't work properly when I switch to Windows 11

Hello, I am a PC user. I bought the PC 2 years ago and at first I was using Windows 11 without any problems. Then I did a format and the following problems occurred on my PC: “The case does not close when I turn off the PC. Some applications I used to use before crash and the task manager is not responding.” I thought it was a hardware problem, but when I switched to Windows 10, my problems were mostly fixed.
