I set up a new windows 11 device and do not want to use my email after setting up my account, how do I remove my outlook account?

I only want a local account, not one associated with my email. When setting windows 11 up, I could not override that step. If it matters I am using a surface pro 10 for business (my device is personal and not associated with my business or IT restrictions). Please help.
