I have been having ongoing issues with my Dell laptop G5 15 It was updated to windows 11 Home quite a while ago maybe a year+. Off and on I would get a blue screen at startup. Yesterday I was frustrated enough that I decided to do a "refresh" (from the cloud) to the laptop (where you reset the computer to fresh installation but keeping my files). So I went through the prompts, when it started up and opened a Microsoft page that listed items not downloaded from the cloud.
