What should I do- Bought used computer w/ Windows 11 unregistered

Hello I'm just not sure what to do... I bought a used Dell 3080 with what I just found out is an unregistered copy of Windows 11... I'm a little worried about a couple of things... If the previous owner could go back into the computer and see my files or on the cloud? Also worried that the unregistered copy would have problems later? Can I just buy a new product key? And make this right? I have no idea :-(If I were to do a factory reset it would revert to Windows 7 I believe I saw that somewhere in the computer...
