I purchased windows 11 pro and do not see a refund option on the orders page.

Hello,I purchased windows 11pro 6 days ago. I attempted to install the software but the installation failed and I never actually ran the program on my computer. That being said, I am unable to now get a refund for what I assume is because the protocol assumes I have been using the software. Since I have never actually successfully installed this software I would like to receive a refund.Please advise.Thank you.
