i need my security info change to not be pending

[Windows Server]

I haven't had the phone number that it was originally associated with in years and i tried adding my new one in but the security info change is still pending. i need to be able to connect my account to my new computer so i can access my documents for school and everywhere ive tried to speak to a representative ive been ignored.
