Strange login session after security info change

Hello,30 days ago I requested to add my phone number to my Microsoft account. A few hours ago I got an email saying my security info was updated. That's great. But, I went into my Microsoft account trough my browser and checked my recent login activity and saw a successful login from Phoenix, AZ saying they changed my security info. This login happened around the same time I got the email saying my info was successfully changed. I don't live in the US so a login from Arizona is strange. Under session activity it says: Security info replacement completed. I have already clicked the log out ever
