I need help with the system license violation bootloop crashing

[Windows 7]

Need to fix a boot loop error system_license_violation error for Windows 7, and I've tried everything I could; I have tried to enter every kind of safe mode. I have also tried to reset my computer to factory resets but I can't log in to do any of the fixes that have been recommended to me. Clicking f12 and booting every option still crashes for each one. Every F8 option does nothing as well. I can't deal with this anymore; I've tried everything except for an installation disk (which I don't have) there's nothing I haven't tried at this point. I just want my computer back
