I need help with my Internet / Network Access.

Everytime I try and connect my PC to wifi it will say connected but i will have no internet access. So i will diagnose my network and it will usually say DNS server couldnt prossess the DNS request. i used a public DNS server and i get the same thing. Sometimes i will also get “Couldnt reach gateway”. Ive tried a lot of solutions but still nothing worked.
