recently my microsift account has been hacked so i cant sign in to my settings and stuff like that, so i created a new account with the same email somehow so when i tried signing into settings with my new account what happens is that its saying the account is already registered.Also its saying to update my info in the settings app and when i try to do that it brings me the sign in page and it says my email is (not sharing for privacy purposes) and when i type my password it somehow changes the email.
