Entire PC is messed up

Hi so last night I was downloading a game on my xbox app on my pc. I let my computer run overnight as my internet can be a little slow and so I knew it would take a long portion of the night to download. When I come in this morning my computer was on the screen where you type in the password. I assumed maybe we had some sort of power surge or something that caused my computer to reset so I log in, nothing out of the ordinary until my xbox app would not open. I had to repair and reset both the app and gaming services for it to open and the game was so bugged, it would say it was finished downlo
