I just bought an Echo Pop to use as a speaker for my laptop. I've had the Alexa app before. How do I find the app? And how do I connect this one

My old Amazon echo used to function as the speaker for my laptop. Then it seemed to stop working. I bought a new Echo Pop and am trying to sync it to my laptop. How do I do that? I can't even find the Alexa app on my laptop.
