I have problems with windows security app or UAC, I'm using an expired certificate so i need to eliminate and install another but its impossible.

when i try to do something in the windows security app as to activate the Intelligent Application Control, the UAC send a message asking me for permission to the application to do system changes, so before i press yes i see the details and as you know you can see the clsid, but when i pres the information of the certificate editor, its already expired, i can't do nothing, i just reestablish windows and appear the same certificate, can you help me please?
