I have installed Trusteer on Edge with Windows 11. Arrow turns green for all sights except Scotiabank sign in & I can not get it to turn green.

I have been using Trusteer successfully for years but my new Windows 11 PC will not allow me to protect Scotiabank sign in site and turn the grey arrow to green. Trusteer works on all other sights on Edge. I tried to use Chrome but it does not even recognize Trusteer as an extension to be installed.How do I get Trusteer to protect Scotiabank and turn the arrow green?
