I Got Locked Out of My Microsoft Account

I feel like I permanently might not get back my account. My account got locked because of suspicious actions that it might've logged in somewhere else by someone else that wasn't me, and from that time it might've been prone. I haven't updated my phone number to recover my account because I moved countries and I haven't set up an authenticator for it either. I tried asking support from the Microsoft support message and I'm stuck with the option to keep answering the recovery form, which I fail all the time but I don't know why.
