I have an ASUS Vivobook using Windows 11. It uses Biometrics to login, so I never use the PIN. NOW my 2 year old daughter punched in the PIN too many times and the computer got locked. I thought "Not a Problem, I'll just use my Finger print and login." BUT NOPE! It wants a PIN, WHY? Isn't a FINGERPRINT the HIGHEST FORM OF SECURITY as it cannot be copied or stolen? But Microsoft doesn't seem to think so. NOW I can't log in and there's NO I forgot PIN option, and holding down Shift and Restart Does Absolutely NOTHING. WHAT DO I DO?
