I forgot my PIN and anytime I go to “sign in options” the only options are my PIN and my fingerprint.

When I try to use my fingerprint, it informs me I need to use my PIN. When I try to say “I forgot my PIN” it prompts me to enter my PIN rather than a step to reset it, or anything similar. It’s been stuck in this infinite loop for days now and there are no other options.
